Isabella Houston, DVM

Emergency Clinician

Dr. Isabella Houston was born in Reno, NV and raised in Northern California. She graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with her undergraduate degree in Biology. While at UNR she helped TA multiple biology courses and assisted in the cognitive ecology research laboratory. After this, she then attended the University of California, Davis School of Veterinary Medicine. Following completion of her doctorate in veterinary medicine, she completed a working emergency medicine internship through Animal Emergency and Specialty Center prior to becoming an associate DVM. Her areas of interest are Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Behavior. When not working, Dr. Houston spends her free time hiking with her Rough coated collie, running, shooting at the range, and spending time with her family in Reno and Gardnerville.
